Welcome to Ecolandfarms, these Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Check-In Policy

1. Check-In Time: Guests can check in from 14:00 to 16:00.
2. Early Check-In: Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
3. Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required during check-in.
4. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 15  days before the arrival date.
5. Bookings made within 15 days of arrival will need to be paid in FULL at the time of booking.
6. We accept UPI and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

1. As a very small boutique accommodation business, cancellations often result in an empty cottage due to booking lead times.
2. Cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date will incur an INR 1000 cancellation fee.
3. This fee however may be used towards rebooking at a future date.Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/money paid.
4. Date changes requested 15 days or less before the arrival date will be treated as a cancellation.
5. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.
6. Cottages are non-smoking areas. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of INR 1000 which will be charged to the guest’s account.
7. We recognize that accidents can occur, but any willful or reckless loss and damages will be debited from the guest’s account. For more details check our FAQs.

Farm Stay-Specific Policies

1. Animal Interaction: Guests are welcome to interact with farm animals under supervision. Please follow all instructions provided by the staff to ensure the safety of both guests and animals.
2. Farm Activities: Participation in farm activities (e.g., Playing with dogs, Cattles etc..) is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions.
   Activities like fishing and trekking are timed if caretakers need to accompany you on need basis
   Fishing we will take in the evening & Trekking in the morning
   If you would like to go at some other point of time, our caretaker can’t accompany you.
3. Children: Children must be supervised at all times, especially around animals and farm equipment.
4. Noise Policy: Please maintain a peaceful environment. Loud noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed as it may disturb other guests and farm operations.
5. Fire Safety: Open fires are not allowed unless part of an organized farm activity. Please use designated fire pits and follow all safety guidelines.
6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly to prevent fire hazards.
   
7. Usage of Services: By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required.
8. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, animals, and other guests. Any damage caused by guests will result in additional charges.
9. Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Pets- Specific Policies

1. Two pets per cottage are allowed.
2. In the interest of providing a healthy environment for our other resort guests and their pets, we ask that your pet is 100% free of parasites, to include ticks and fleas. Please ensure you have a certificate from your vet about your pet vaccinated for ticks, rabies and DHLPP within one year as on date.
3. If any damage occurs(minor/major)due to the pet, pet owners are liable to pay for the damages caused
4. Pet Food is subjected to availability and will be conveyed during booking confirmation and charges would be 499/- per Day/Pet
5. When walking with your pet through public areas, we ask that you keep them on a leash at all times. If your pet is found without leash in public areas you will be advised to vacate the premises immediately and no refunds.
6. All pets must always wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times.
7. Ecoland Farms is not responsible for any injuries sustained to your pets if they get into fights with other pets
8. Please keep an extra eye so that your pet does not pee or poop on the bed or door mats. If any incidents like this then the guests has to pay for the replacement.
9. If your pet is used to sleeping in its own bed, we request you to bring it along with you. We discourage pet sleeping on the bed out of respect for other guests who are allergic to dog hairs.
10. Please bring towels for your pet. This will be helpful if you plan to give your pet a bath. We request you not to use the towels provided at the farmstay
11. If you are grooming your pet, we encourage you to do so outside the farmhouse. (and not inside) This will help in better upkeep as it gets difficult to vacuum clean the dog hairs
12. We discourage getting puppies who are still teething. They tend to bite on furniture. Its not their fault, we understand. The responsibility lies on the pet parents.

Liability

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or your property during your stay. Participation in farm activities is at your own risk.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or strikes.
