Booking Terms

 

Check-In Policy

 

    1. Check-In Time: Guests can check in from 14:00 to 16:00.

 

    1. Early Check-In: Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please get in touch with us in advance to arrange this.

 

    1. Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required during check-in.

 

    1. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 15  days before the arrival date.

 

    1. Bookings made within 15 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

    1. We accept cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

 

    1. As a very small boutique accommodation business, cancellations often result in an empty cottage due to booking lead times.

 

    1. Cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date will incur an INR 1000 cancellation fee.
      This fee however may be used towards rebooking at a future date.

 

    1. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/monies paid.
      Date changes requested 15 days or less before the arrival date will be treated as a cancellation.

 

    1. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.

 

    1. Cottages are non-smoking areas. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of INR 1000 which will be charged to the guest’s account.

 

We recognize that accidents can occur, but any willful or reckless loss and damages will be debited to the guest’s account.

 

Farm Stay-Specific Policies

 

    1. Animal Interaction: Guests are welcome to interact with farm animals under supervision. Please follow all instructions provided by the staff to ensure the safety of both guests and animals.

 

    1. Farm Activities: Participation in farm activities (e.g., milking cows, collecting eggs) is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions.

 

    1. Children: Children must be supervised at all times, especially around animals and farm equipment.

 

    1. Noise Policy: Please maintain a peaceful environment. Loud noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed as it may disturb other guests and farm operations.

 

    1. Fire Safety: Open fires are not allowed unless part of an organized farm activity. Please use designated fire pits and follow all safety guidelines.

 

    1. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly to prevent fire hazards.

 

 

General Terms

 

    1. Usage of Services: By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required.

 

    1. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, animals, and other guests. Any damage caused by guests will result in additional charges.

    1. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Participation in farm activities is at your own risk.

 

    1. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or strikes.
